To alleviate COD Elite confusion once and for all, Activision has announced that Elite will be a full free service for future COD titles, beginning with Black Ops II in November. Everything from video sharing and shows will be available to all, and paid costs will now only come from those who purchase a season pass for the games, which will get you discounted content for the upcoming games.
Black Ops II launches on November 13th for 360, PS3, and PC, with a Wii U version coming around that time. The game will also be on the Vita as Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified, which will the bridge the gap between Black Ops I and II.
