This is a question many want to know the answer to.
Sony is still working on bringing the free & premium service back to the millions of PS3 users as reports have been in stating the downtime is due to a network breach, as well as a few other possibilities.
In the meantime, PS3 gamers have not been able to play online and experience the newly released Socom 4, Portal 2, and Mortal Kombat as all of these games come with a strong multiplayer component besides all the great PS3 online games. Will it be back up this week?
I don't on the PS3 much, but I hope it does come back up this week. Another thing to consider is the user who pay for PlayStation Plus. Will they get some sort of compensation for this downtime?
