The recent news of HD versions of Resident Evil 4 & Code Veronica was pretty exciting to hear about, and Capcom has officially confirmed that that is only the beginning. A new game is in the work for consoles, titled Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.
Operation Raccoon City is currently being worked on by some of the minds behind Sony's Online Shooter SOCOM, and is set to feature a 4-player co-op squad rather than focus on a specific character with a set story.
I'm a big fan of the Resident Evil series, and this change seems to be pretty interesting. I'm sure that we'll hear more about the game soon, possibly showing gameplay at this year's E3.
