Microsoft is looking to improve Xbox Live, but they can't do it without our help. Located on the community Channel of the Dashboard, Xbox Live Labs is a small 3 MB app to test network settings that will consists of three tests.
Completion of each test will earn you avatar rewards, and a total of three achievements although they are worth zero gamerscore.
Test 1 will take 30 mins, Test 2 will take an hour but you can resume it later, and Test 3 will take 6 hours which you can resume later. That would suck if you couldn't for that last test!
