The one game I thought would be the first available for Games on Demand is here. Halo 3 can now be downloaded to your Xbox 360 for $29.99. The 6 GB download feature the 2007 conclusion to the triology and the multiplayer still played today. I don't think it includes the all of the maps, so this download may just be a novelty, but it's cool that it's available and could be discounted in the future:
