Good News and Bad news: There will be two new Batman games releasing this year, but neither are being developed by Rocksteady games.
WB Montreal will be working on Batman: Arkham Origins, a new game in the Arkham series of Batman games that will serve as a prequel to the previous two released titles. Origins will be open in a fashion similiar to Arkham City, and has players taking on supervillians that Batman will encounter for the first time. Arkham Origins will be released on October 25 of this year for 360, PS3, PC, and Wii U.
Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate is the other game, and is a portable ,Metroid-style game coming from Armature Studio, the company founded by several of Metroid Prime developers.
2013 is looking to be another great year to play games, but it will also be taking some more dough from wallets!

December Issue of gameinformer now available for digital subscribers, new GTA V information detailed!
Digital Subscribers to gameinformer now have access to the December issue of the magazine which features 18 pages of information on Grand Theft Auto V. One of the nice tidbits detailed in the cover reveal is that, like many people thought, the game will have three playable protagonists. Learn more about them and all of the goodies that will be in the game by reading the latest issues.
Those who subscribe to the print version of the magazine will get the issue in about two weeks.
Grand Theft Auto V is slated for a Spring 2013 release.
