The demo for the upcoming Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network. For real this time! 

If you want to check out Final Fantasy XIII-2 before heading into Lightning Returns next month, the game is currently on sale for $6.59 to gold members, so you can get a recap at a great price.

Be sure to check out the demo and get ready for February 11th!

The demo for the upcoming Lego Marvel Super Heroes is now available for 360 and PC, and the PS3 version will soon be ready for download as well. DC heroes appeared alongside Batman in the Lego Batman series, and now it's Marvel's time!

The demo lets you control Hulk, Ironman, and Spider-Man as you set out to stop Sandman and the Abomination at Grand Central Station.

Play the demo now and get ready for the full release next week!

Demos for two upcoming big titles are here for players to check out. Rayman Legends looks to continue the path that Origins set out to be in terms of providing a fun multiplayer platform experience for players to check out, and Madden 25 gears up for another big release when it arrives in a few weeks.

Both demos are also available on PSN, so be sure to download them on PS3 as well!

While both of these games are already available, new demos have been released today for both title. Batman: Arkham City is one of the best games of last year, and will soon be receiving a Game of the Year Edition. Ridge Racer Unbounded continues the Namco racing franchise with a track editor and online play. Check out their demos below!

The Syndicate demo is here, and you can check out the co-op with three others. Syndicate is a return to the series which began in 1993, so players from the original game can introduce the reboot to friends with the demo.

If you didn't get to check out The First Templar when it was released last year, there's now a demo out for it as well. It's actually a Games on Demand title as well, so you like it, you could download it and keep playing!

Two cool new demos have been released today to check out. First up is the Darkness 2, which is the sequel to one of my favorite games and continues the story of Jackie and his struggle with the Darkness. Next is Action-RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, which is being worked on by some great talent. There's also a cool thing going on the Amalur demo: Complete it and you'll be able to unlock content for Mass Effect 3! When the Mass Effect 3 demo releases, you'll also be able to unlock content for the full version of Kingdoms of Amalur, so both game demos have great incentives for the full releases. Pretty neat!

Today marks the release of the 360 version of the Rezurrection map pack, which features all of the World At War Zombies maps as well as the brand new Moon Map. The pack will cost 1200 MSP ($15), and the Moon map is free for those who purchased the Hardened or Prestige edition of Black Ops. Everyone who buys the pack will also receive a theme for the dashboard and the soundtrack to the Zombie maps. For those that want some free fun today, you can check out the demos for NHL 12 and Warhammer® 40,000®: Space Marine.
