With May's NPD results coming in, Microsoft has announced that the Xbox 360 sold more units in May than any other platform, based solely on U.S sales.
According to the NPD:
· Xbox 360 sold 160,000 units, representing a 45 percent share of current-generation console sales in the U.S
· Total retail spend on the Xbox 360 platform reached $209 million, the most for any console in the U.S
· Xbox 360 held six of the top 10 U.S. console game titles including Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Max Payne 3, Prototype 2, Sniper Elite V2, NBA 2K12 and Modern Warfare 3

The Great Western Hit from Rockstar has proven to be quite profitable for them as the game has sold over 1.5 million since it's release. The epic tale of John Marston is one not to be missed, and the numbers show that many people have spent some quality time in the west with the former outlaw.
