Xbox 360 Achievements.org has five new screens of Hitman: Absolution, and Machinima has an interview from E3 discussed a demonstration of the game shown to the press. The interview discuss a bit about the weapons and methods used to kill, and how the story will get a bit personal for 47. Looks like we're gonna have to wait until 2012 to play it, though.

Check out more below.

Nintendo had a great conference last year, and this year was even better. They began the conference with music from Zelda, which is celebrating it's 25th Anniversary, and Shigeru Miyamoto came out to discuss the game's history, and talk about Skyward Sword. The game is set to arrive on the Wii this holiday, and was not demoed at the conference, but was promised for those at E3 to check out on the show floor.

After the Zelda talk, Nintendo began showcasing the future lineup of 3DS titles, which includes a new Mario, Mario Kart, Kid Icarus, Metal Gear Solid 3 in 3D, and even a new Luigi's Mansion title! I loved the first game on Gamecube, and the 3DS version looks pretty neat as well.

But then the main event came: the official announcement of the next console for Nintendo: The Wii U. The Wii U will use all current device for the Wii, but introduces a touch-screen controller which has a monitor on it a bit bigger than a PSP screen, so you could play a game on it while someone watches your TV. The visuals are now in HD, so many games coming out for the console will look famailiar to those playing on the 360 and PS3.

Oh, and Super Smash Bros. was announced for the Wii U and 3DS!!!

Third Party support looks strong, with Darksiders 2 set to arrive day and date with PS3 and 360 versions. Batman Arkham City, Ninja Gaiden 3, Dirt, and Metro Last Light were others games showcased running on the Wii U.

With three platforms to support for the next few years, Nintendo has a lot to focus on when it comes to what games to make and which platform to make it on. But I know Nintendo can do it, but please, no more Mario Parties!

E3 2011 Overview (Sony)

At the very start of the Sony Press Conference, Sony wanted to issue an apology to the fans who went without online functionality on the PSN just a few weeks ago. They stated that new precautions are now in order to ensure that the chance of another breach would be very unlikely.

They then preceded to show off some brand new gameplay of Uncharted 3, which stole the show, and detailed new game announcements and official name and price the NGP. Now the PS Vita, the next portable system from Sony will arrive sometime next year for $249 for the Wifi only version, and $299 for the 3G supported version. No price on the games or whether any special SKUs will be available at launch, but more details will become available in the near future.

The PlayStaion Move was a big topic at the conference as well. Sony showed off some new games for the device, and Ken Levine showed up to discuss Bioshock Infinite and announce that it will be Move compatible when it launches next year. Even cooler than that is he also announced a Bioshock game for Vita. Afterwards, Sony announced that PS3 gamers who pick up Infinite will also receive a copy of the original Bioshock game, which will simply be on the same Blu-Ray disc.

Another nice surprise was the announcement of Sly Coooper 4, which will be coming in 2012.

Sony had much more than this to show, but I wanted to write about my personal favorite moments of the show. Overall, they did a good job this year and promptly addressed the PSN outage then got back to the games and announcements.
