Black Mesa Source

After eight years of development, the fan developed version of the original Half-Life is now available to download. As of right now, the official website is being hit pretty hard and access to it seems to be down at the moment. The game is offered in torrents and direct downloads, which come from PC gamer and shacknews, although I could only access the shacknews link currently which is below:

I'll update this post once the other links become available.
[UPDATE]
The official Black Mesa Source website seems to be back to normal. They are supplying multiple ways to download the content, and the torrent seems to be working nicely with plenty of seeders. Download and have fun!

The eight year wait for the revamped fan-made Half-Life campaign is just around the corner, as the Black Mesa modification team has announced that on September 14th, the long awaited mod will be available as a free download.
Aside from download from their website, the team has added Black Mesa Source to Steam Greenlight in the hopes that users choose to vote the mod up and make it available to download directly from Steam. They'll be getting my vote for sure!
