Title Update 1.7.3 for Minecraft is set to arrive next and brings with it the new skins aside from the major update feature like pistons. There will be about 40 skins to buy, but you'll be able to check out each one before you make a purchase. You'll also be able to use the current skins in multiplayer for your single player Steve. The skins above shows some of the new skins including the creeper, a covenant grunt, splosion man, and I believe the king from castle crashers. Check out some screens of the new skins below!

If you've ever wanted to use shouts or explore your inventory with your voice in Skyrim, you'll a get a chance to very soon. Bethesda have announced today that Skyrim will be getting Voice command support with players who have a Kinect device. If you were having issues importing a character's face into Mass Effect 3, today's released patch should solve that problem. During the week of the games release, some players encountered a bug that prevented characters from being imported properly, mostly from characters imported from Mass Effect into Mass Effect 2.

The patch is now available for Xbox 360, and should be for PS3 soon.

343 Industries is now in charge of all things Halo, and their first change will be tweaking some of the elements of Halo Reach. Key specific changes will come to the Armor Locking ability, Reticle Blooming, Enhancing the pistol to behave like the Halo: CE firearm, and Sword Blocking. From the Halo Waypoint Forums:

"Make damage bleed to health through shields possible.

Make reticle bloom configurable.

Modify Armor Lock.
• Sticky grenade will not be nullified if you use Armor Lock after being stuck.
• Damage received while in Armor Lock is transferred to remaining Armor Ability energy.
• How much the damage depletes your Armor Lock energy is configurable.

Modify Active Camo.
• Reduce the bonus time the player gets in Active Camo while standing still.
• Reduce the overall length of time the player can be in Active Camo.

Remove Sword block.
• Disable the ability to block Sword attacks using melee with anything other than another Sword.

Implement the classic Magnum from Halo: CE.

Enable playing Co-Op Campaign and Firefight without requiring a HDD."

These changes will no doubt change how we play Reach, and may meet with resistance from those who have been playing since it's launch. It's also important to note that these changes are not set in stone, and may change before the update.

Hydrophobia gets updated and discounted

Hydrophobia had it's fair share of issues when it released this summer, but with a new title update and discounted price, it hopes to get your attention. After downloading the 4 MB update, I checked it out for a few minutes and the fixes are initially noticeable. The waypoints to your goals help a lot, and the camera is zoomed in more like a standard 3rd person shooter which I like, and the remapped controls are much better. Check it out if you already bought or videos of before and after if you haven't to see the differences. I might even play through it again and do a Re-Review, but not sure yet. Check out more below:

"Engage in mind blowing “flow combat” where emergent gameplay results in a never-the-same-twice experience. Unleash floating oil fires, electricity and the power of the water itself to wipe out your enemy as you discover the terrifying truth of the Malthusian agenda; Save the World, Kill Yourself."

Loved playing Red Dead Redemption's free roam, but grew tired of players constantly killing you? Well all that trouble is over with a new update just in time for tomorrow's release of the Undead Nightmare Pack. Players can now choose a free-roam environment where it is no longer possible to kill other players so you can explore the western area in peace of others seeking to kill you.

The Update is available now, and you must simply boot up either the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 version of the game.

The multiplayer focued Arcade game Monday Night Combat is a great game, and Uber Entertainment has announced a title update to further improve the game, while also discussing DLC plans.

Gears 2 gets another Title Update

Tuesday, May 18, 2010
Posted by driou

Although the Gears of War 3 buzz is starting to build, Epic hasn' forgotten about supporting their middle Gears title as Gears of War recieves another title update that adds social matches and fixes some more exploits. Check out some highlights below:

Improvements

-Adds a new public multiplayer match option called Social Xbox LIVE (aka player matches), open to anyone who owns all downloadable maps

-You can join Social Matches in progress and can quit any time without penalty, although players who quit a match early don’t receive earned experience (XP) from that match.

-Social matchmaking lets your party join a match in progress. If a match is not found, your party hosts a new match, filling any empty player slots with bots.

-Social Matches automatically cycle to the next map without further matchmaking.
Teams are rebalanced between matches based on XP level without splitting parties.

-If you quit, your spot is taken by a bot until a new player joins the match. That new player can join while the match is in progress.

-If you join a match in progress, you are assigned a team based on XP level and party size.

-If you join a match in progress, you replace a bot at the earliest opportunity: at the first bot’s death for respawning game types (for example, Annex) and at round completion for Warzone, Execution, and Wingman.

-Before the match begins, teams are balanced based on XP without splitting parties.
Renames Private Matches to Custom Xbox LIVE Matches and makes these matches invite-only.

-Adds the ability to join Horde sessions that are in progress.

Exploit Fixes

-Title Update 6 fixes these other issues as well:
An issue that could cause your profile to be overwritten, erasing XP level, and achievement progress.

-An issue that could cause a campaign save slot to be overwritten if you previously chose to continue without saving and then signed in.
