Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be out for Xbox 360 and PlayStation on February 11th, 2014, Square-Enix has announced today. The Japanese version of the game will be released this November, so the main work on the game seems to be almost complete, aside from the localization process that usually takes the longest to complete after the main development is over.
Square Enix will be showing more of the title next week during E3, giving attendees the first chance to get hands-on with the title, so hopefully footage of the game will be shown on either Spike TV, or GameTrailers for everyone to see.
While these games have been fun, I really hope that they will go back to the more traditional Final Fantasy releases, and bring along a new cast of characters.
