I had a chance to check out the Defiance Beta last week, and I had a blast with it. It plays like a usual third person shooter, only in this game, there are many others with you in the game's world. There's no subscription fee either, so you pay once for the game and you're good to go. Going quest to quest is pretty fun and having quick access to your own ATV is a great way to get around the game's world. The television show will be airing in a few weeks, so you'll have a chance to get some back-story while playing the game before the first episode of the show airs.
Another big release this week is the Behemoth's next title called Battleblock theater. That will be arriving this Wednesday for 1200 MSP ($15). The Behemoth's last arcade hit was Castle Crashers, and many enjoyed going through that game when it was released on Xbox Live, and later on Steam and PSN. Can't wait to check out their new game tomorrow!
