Sony had a very game-centric conference, and it was one of the best ones they've had. It showcased great games, both new and returning, quickly went over other available media options for their platform, and detailed great features coming to both the Vita and PlayStation 3.
The exclusive games that Sony showed included Beyond, the next title from David Cage who created Indigo Prophecy and Heavy, and features Ellen Page, The Last of Us from Naughty which was a great demo to show (which you can see below!), PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale which features cross-play between the Vita and PS3, and God of War: Ascension, which will be coming out March of 2013. They also had demonstrations of Far Cry 3's 4-player co-op mode, and Ubisoft arrived to demo a new sequence of Assassin's Creed III. Speaking of AC3, a version of the game will be arriving exclusively to Vita and will feature a female protagonist. AC3: Liberation will also be available in a bundle with the new Crystal White Vita.
Sony also announced that this summer, PS1 games will be available to Vita and announced a plan to include more free games for PlayStation Plus members. The current new free games will include iNFAMOUS 2, LittleBigPlanet 2, and Saints Row 2. Pretty sweet.
A new PS move game was shown called Wonderbook, a magical game being created in conjunction with J.K Rowling.
Sony had a great press conference and showed what's most important about E3: Videogames.
