There is a moment later in the game on Deus Ex: Human Revolution that leaves a gap. With the Missing Link DLC coming in October, you will be able to fill it in. The Missing Link promises new areas, characters, and content to find, as well as the ability to re-customize Adam to your liking using your previous Praxis points.

No price has been announced yet, but I'm guessing it will be at least 800 MSP ($10).
