Dead Rising 2: Off The Record is set to launch later this year, and will retail for $40 instead of the usual $60 that new releases contain. Capcom received negative comments from different outlets stating that the re-release of Dead Rising 2 from Frank's view could be considered a cheap cash in, but Capcom has promised more content and story elements, as well as launching the game for less than a new retail game. The Remake of Halo: Combat Evolved will also retail for $40 when it launches this November.
I'm a big fan if this series, and I'm glad that I won't have to pay $60 again to experience Dead Rising 2.
