On March 18th, 2014, PlayStation 3 owners will be able to pick up the HD Collection of Final Fantasy X and X-2 for $39.99. Both games will also be arriving for Vita next year as well, although a date has yet to be given regarding its availability.
When it does become available for purchase on Vita, the games will be available separately on PSN instead of bundled like the PS3 version.
I've been looking forward to this collection for quite some time, and am glad that the official dates are starting to be revealed. Final Fantasy X remains among my favorite games on PS2 as well as favorite RPG of all time.

Square Enix has officially announced that Final Fantasy X-2 will be remastered in HD as well as Final Fantasy X when it arrives sometime this year. PlayStation 3 owners will be able to pick up both titles in one package, while those who play on the Vita will have to buy the titles separately. No word yet on an official price or release date, but Square Enix has promised that a new trailer will arrive for the HD bundle next week.
Final Fantasy X is one of my favorite games of all time, so I can't wait to play it once again either on the PS3 or Vita!
